Bergamais on the way!

Well, we're running low on wine in our cellar. Amazing how consumption increases with the availability of wine. It's not that we're winos it's just that a nice glass of wine with dinner caps off an evening. I've also really reduced my consumption of diet cola and wine in moderation has been a great replacement.
My wife reminded me that the Grand Cru Bergamais we ran out of 2011, was a very tasty wine. When we were at Spagnols they had some great sales and the Bergamais was one of our picks. There were only two other kits available and we were lucky to get this one.
Today I started the Bergamais and it is in the primary fermenting. I'm very happy.
