Homemade champagne
This new years eve I used an Isi carbonated water unit to make champagne. I poured 750 ml bottle of Chardonnay into the unit and then charged it with CO2. I waited one day while it chilled in the fridge. Somehow it tastes better after at least one day under CO2 pressure. This homemade champagne worked out great!
