Blueberry Gewürztraminer Sorbet
My wife made a very delicious blueberry sorbet. Using frozen blueberries, yogurt, agave syrup and our Gewürztraminer white wine, smoothly blended.
This made an incredibly cool and tasty Summer sorbet. The proportions are up to you, there is no right or wrong. Just taste and sample as you go along. Have fun, we sure did.
