I love making wine. Working with the grapes and creating something so special and unique as wine is my interest. A vintner can just let the crushed grapes do their thing or use skillful manipulation to bring out the best in the grape. This type of creativity is my desire.
For now I'll be a home bound winemaker. Who knows someday I might have a vineyard? Here's to hoping. Cheers.
