Many wine names are copywrited. For instance Beaujolais which is a French wine is owned by the French. So if a canadian kit wine manufacturer makes a Beaujolais wine the manufacturer can't call it Beaujolais. Hence the need to rename the copywrited French wines. Listed below are some names.
